It’s been a very busy couple of months with a weekend of performances on the Lillian Baylis stage of Sadlers Wells, a two day visit to the British School in Milan,, a a specially commissioned dusk story walk for UCL Alumni, a rather too adventurous pitch dark walk in a scary secret location in Kensington… and an awful lot of schools including Greenvale Special School.
Amid all of this, I was excited to be asked as a guest on Islam Channel’s programme Living the Life although I’m not religious, I love opportunities to meet with people from different cultures and backgrounds. The other two guests on the programme were really inspirational, putting themselves on the line- risking their lives in war zones to help some of the most vulnerable and needy.
Check them out here:
Nizar Dahan and Saladin Ali
We can’t all be like these two- but that doesn’t mean we have to do nothing.
The story I’m telling is rather well known but it is definitely appropriate!
